The Location – This simple but lovely unit is located in a quiet area across the road from Fly Point and Nelson Bay Beach. A leisurely 180m or a 2min walk via Teramby Road to d’ Albora Marinas where you can enjoy dolphin & whale watching. There are restaurants and cafés around that are just a 3min walk such as Evviva Café &Bar, The Little Nel, Dolphin House Korean Restaurant, Sharky’s Pizza Shack, and a lot more. Just in case you run-out of supplies, there’s a nearby Woolworth’s Nelson Bay Supermarket. Within a 3 minute walk you can take the kiddies along to Nelson’s Bay playground.
The Unit – This well-appointed unit is located in front of the complex that can be accessed going up a few stairs on the first storey. It will welcome you to a one-bedroom spacious lounge and dining room with split- air conditioning system, and pedestal fan. It has an older style design but this was just recently painted and refurbished to cater to the needs of the patrons.
In the lounge room, there’s a double-size sofa bed, and a TV. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, with bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and block out blinds. The main bathroom has shower and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a full fridge/freezer, cooktop, kettle, toaster, basic dishes and utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware, and two-burner electric hotplates. This little sanctuary is an excellent place for relaxing while brewing coffee, grilling BBQ (with gas bottles), and enjoying sunset views from the balcony.
This property has a shared-coin operated laundry with washing machine and dryer and secure off-street parking, with car space number 5 in front of the building. There is room for 2 cars that can be parked behind each other.
Linens are provided and the main bed will be made. Linen will be provided for the sofa bed but it will not be made up.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
