The Unit - This north facing, first floor, two bedroom unit is all about location, set against a lush bush reserve, and overlooking the sparkling blue waters of Nelson Bay. The unit offers a combined living, dining and kitchen area which leads out to a wide balcony and pleasant views.The living space is fitted with a flat screen TV and the equipped kitchen comes with a full fridge, microwave, oven and a large pantry. There are two bedrooms, one offers a double bed and the other two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room for two other guests. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
The property offers a split air con within the lounge area, pedestal fans and a heater for the cooler months. Other features include two off street parking spaces and a communal laundry room which is coin operated. There are definitely smoke alarms in these premises.
