The location - This super holiday getaway is situated only 300m to Shoal Bay Beach and the village shops, cafes and restaurants. Be spoilt for choice with a myriad of lifestyle options at your doorstep, including beach activities such as kayaking, stand up paddle boards, swimming in the crystal clear waters or relaxing on the pristine white sands. There is also bike hire available with plenty of tracks to explore, with a popular cycle path heading towards Fingal Bay. The Tomaree National Park is pretty much on your door step and offers many bush tracks leading to other magical beaches and a short 1km walk through bush or on road to Tomaree Mountain, which from the summit provides breathtaking views over Port Stephens. The township of Nelson Bay is 3.5km away.
The House - This two story air conditioned family home offers an open plan living area on the first floor with a flat screen TV, a glass dining table with eight chairs and a sizable well fitted kitchen including a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove top/wall oven and a breakfast bar with three bar stools. The house features a large L shape under cover verandah with two outdoor settings and a BBQ which can be accessed through a number of interior sliding glass doors. There is also access to a level raised lawn area to the side of the house, plus the entire property is fully fenced. Continuing on this level are three roomy queen size bedrooms, the largest having access to the verandah and all fitted with carpet and ample of built in robes. The main bathroom features a glass shower, corner spa bath and vanity with the toilet located separately.
The ground floor provides a fourth bedroom with two single beds, a wall mounted TV and a split system air conditioning unit. There is an older style two way bathroom with a glass shower which continues on to the laundry offering a top loading washing machine, a dryer and a double laundry sink. Another feature includes a double lock up garage. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
