The Location - Perfect for a summer getaway, Seaspray complex is situated in a quiet cul de sac only 60m from the idyllic Shoal Bay Beach and 300m to the pretty calm waters of Little Beach. Little Beach offers great swimming, it has a boat ramp, a grassed shaded area with BBQ's, picnic tables, playground, public convenience, takeaway and a lovely restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Take a walk up the hill to the Nelson Bay lighthouse (350m from boat ramp) and soak up the 180 degree water views while enjoying tea and scones at the lighthouse tea rooms or visit the museum in the 1875 lighthouse cottage. Nelson bay and Shoal Bay are just a short 2km drive from the unit.

The Unit - A bright and airy spacious three bedroom unit on the second floor of the Seaspray complex offering lovely distant water views. Open plan living area consisting of a lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge room offers a flat screen TV and DVD/Video combo and the well equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven/stove top. Through glass sliding door from the dining area takes you out to the front balcony where you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the distant water views.

There is also a rear balcony which is accessible from the first and second bedroom. The main bathroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and third bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and the internal laundry offers a washing machine and dryer. Guests  have access to a single lock-up garage with internal access from the garage to stairs.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    Unit is in a fantastic spot and close to the beach and not far to drive for local shops and eatery. unit does have lockable garage which is handy for bikes etc. flooring really needed a clean and furniture is usable but unit is quite outdated. main bedroom has king bed that was super soft
