The Location - Located within a stone’s throw to the Little Beach Foreshore and overlooking parkland this is sure to be a hit with all the family.  The kids will love being close to the Little Beach Foreshore which provides picnic and BBQ facilities, plenty of grass to run around, children’s playground, calm swimming water for the little ones, sandy shoreline to build sandcastles plus a small jetty to teach the kids how to fish. Mum will love being able to relax and unwind so close to calm, safe beaches and perhaps enjoy an evening glass of champagne while you watch the sun set over the bay from the comfort of the balcony at Little Beach Boathouse. 

Little Beach also has a 2 x lane all tide boat ramp to launch trailer boats, takeaway shop and restaurant, with the Tomaree Community Art Centre just around the corner. Be sure to walk up to the inner lighthouse for scrumptious scones and hot coffee with breathtaking water views down Shoal Bay Beach to the headlands or walk around to WESTS Nelson Bay diggers which is only 700m from the unit where you will find bistro meals, raffles and entertainment. Nelson Bay offers a 27 hole golf course only 2.5km away with dolphin watching cruises, marina and restaurants just 2.1km from the unit.

The Unit - This beautifully presented two bedroom unit offers water and parkland views. The floor plan is well laid out with an open plan living area  furnished with comfortable lounge suite including 2 x recliner arm chairs, flat screen TV, DVD, ceiling fan, a solid timber dining setting with 6 x padded chairs plus sliding door access to a covered balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The family size kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals including an under bench oven, glass stove top, microwave, full size fridge freezer, plenty of bench space as well as cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery in this home away from home. There is also a 2nd balcony off the kitchen dining area.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables, built-in robe and ceiling fan with the 2nd bedroom offering 2 x single beds and side table. The renovated bathroom offers modern bath, walk-in glass shower and vanity. The toilet is separate. Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine and dryer plus 1 x single lock-up garage and 1 x open car space.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

    Ideal location, just a 2 minute walk from little beach where you can literally swim with the dolphins. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and well presented. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

    On first inspection the property appears clean. However, if one were to look closely, they may notice dusty screens covered in spider webs (both inside and out). A good cleaning of all the screens is highly recommended. Some dishes were not thoroughly cleaned too. I think the addition of a good sturdy kitchen towel may help solve this problem as the one given was thin and didn't absorb water or just include a drying rack. The carpets, bed, couches were clean and the linen as well. I can't say enough about the location, which was top notch. I think putting in some effort to clean the screens and windows especially the large screens leading out onto the balcony, will make this property a gem. Had no issues with picking up or returning the keys to the management property. In fact they were highly communicative via email or text during the checking in and out process. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
