The Location - A real family favourite, this stunning property sits amidst tall gum trees on 5 acres of landscaped grounds which includes a tennis court with night lights. Take a short stroll down the winding pathways to the Little Beach foreshore where you'll discover calm waters to swim in, white sand, and a grassed area to play, picnic tables, free BBQ facilities and children's playground for a fun day by the water.

Centrally located between Shoal Bay (2.4km) and Nelson Bay (1.3km) this property allows you to walk to 2 x beaches, skate park, children's playground, WESTS Diggers Nelson Bay Club and the Inner Light House and Tea Room where you can indulge scrumptious meals while enjoying elevated water views down Shoal Bay Beach towards the headlands. The 27 hole Nelson Bay Golf Course and Club House, Horizons Golf Course (8.6km)  are only minutes by car as well as the Bowling Club for a game of roll-up bowls and tennis court.

The Unit - Unit 21 Bay Parklands has been transformed into a modern holiday unit making guests feel comfortable from the time you arrive. Features include ground floor position (no steps), open plan living with lounge suite including double sofa bed with inner spring mattress, LCD flat screen TV, DVD, dining table and chairs, filtered water views plus sliding glass door access to a covered patio with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an upright stove, microwave, fridge/ freezer, Delongi coffee machine, plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar/servery and a dishwasher.

The master bedroom comes with a timber queen size bed, ceiling fan, built-in robe and a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet with the second bedroom offering a double bed, single trundle bed and built-in robe. The three way bathroom includes a glass shower and bath, separate toilet and vanity. There are internal laundry facilities adjacent to the kitchen where guest have full use of the top loading washing machine and dryer. Other features include one open car space plus one communal lock-up car space. 

The ground floor unit has tennis courts are available for use within the complex.

The complex's pool and spa facilities are currently closed due to COVID-19. We do not advertise the pool and spa on our listing for this reason.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Linen is provided and beds will be made at this property.

    The unit was lovely - very clean and full of games and toys for the kids. Unfortunately the pool and spa were closed, supposedly due to COVID19 although other pools in the area were open. We were not told that they wouldn’t be available and the pool and spa are major attractions for Bayparklands. We should definitely have been told beforehand and I think offered a discount.
