The Location - Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a tennis court with night light for those that enjoy a spot of night time tennis (bring your own racket and balls), established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play. Follow the paved walkway to Little Beach (500m) just across the road for calm water swimming, children's playground, picnic area, toilet amenities, BBQ's, restaurant and a boat ramp. Only 500m to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday.

The Unit - This neat and tidy ground floor unit is perfect for your next holiday stay in Port Stephens. It offers a tiled open plan living area with comfortable seating, a TV, ceiling fan fan and glass sliding doors out to a covered patio area with outdoor setting overlooking beautiful lush gardens. The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and a stove. The dining space is fitted with a solid wooden table and eight chairs which also has access to the outdoor patio area.

The large main bedroom comes fitted with a queen bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a set of bunks and the other with a set of tri bunks (two on bottom and one on top). The main 3-way bathroom comes equipped with a wheelchair friendly shower. Other features include an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. You will have access to one undercover communal lockup garage and one open car space for parking a boat up to 5.5mtrs in length.

The complex's pool and spa facilities are currently closed due to COVID-19. We do not advertise the pool and spa on our listing for this reason.

    Lovely position and very comfortable. There was an issue with the cook top and getting it to work with the appropriate cook ware. Aside from that, it was lovely.

    Holiday info at Bay Parklands for over 25 years. Never stayed in this unit before.
    Sadly it did not meet basic expectations. The lounge suite was so hard we sat at the kitchen table. Some lights and remotes to fans not working.
    Doona covers were unclean with blood marks on them.
