This beach offers a pristine white beach and clear waters, the beach is patrolled offering safe swimming, surfing, fishing and kayaking. Fingal Bay Beach has its own island connected by a sand-spit,The spit at the north end links Fingal Island to the mainland, on low tide you can walk across to the island (with caution) to visit the Fingal lighthouse and the amazing views it offers. Fingal Bay has an abundance of bush tracks to discover with 20 kilometres of rocky coastline ideal for bush walking, fishing and exploring with guests who stay between May and November having a good chance of spotting humpback whales from Barry Park. Shoal Bay is approx 2km away and the township of Nelson Bay is 5km away.
The Unit - Thisinviting and homely second floor holiday unit offers comfortable furnishings in a secure complex opposite the beach. The carpeted open plan living area provides a sitting area with a large suede corner lounge, 42inch LCD TV and DVD. The dining area offers a timber dining setting, CD Player and a selection of books. The spacious functional kitchen offers plenty of bench space, a dishwasher, wall oven, stove top, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. This open plan area flows through to an undercover balcony through glass sliding doors, with outdoor setting, private BBQ and National Park views.
The spacious main bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in robe, flat screen TV, balcony access with National Park views plus a private ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The second and third bedrooms overlook the communal in-ground swimming pool and tennis court, with two single beds and wardrobe in bedroom two and one single bed, one trundle bed and one tri-bunk bed plus wardrobe in bedroom three. The main bathroom has a standard size bath, shower (over bath), toilet and vanity. The internal laundry provides guests with a front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Your vehicle can be securely parked in the downstairs double lock-up garage whilst you take advantage of the beach side location. (Room for a small axle trailer boat)
