The Location - Bangalee is located in beautiful Soldiers Point. It jets out on a peninsula and is nearly completely surrounded by water, making it a perfect place for fishing, swimming, kayaking and sailing. The Wanda shops are only 2.5km away and offers a selection of shops including a grocery shop, bakery, butcher, hairdressers, take-aways and bottle shop. The award winning Soldiers Point Marina is just 500m away, with state of the art facilities and a selection of dining options. Nelson Bay township is approximately 11kms away.

The Unit - This Lovely unit is situated in the Bangalee Complex on the waterfront at Soldiers Point. Entering the unit you are greeted to an open living area consisting of a dining area, lounge area with ceiling fan and flat screen TV and a well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The dining area leads out to an undercover balcony with outdoor furnishings, a gas BBQ and overlooking the pool and water views over the bay.

The unit offers two carpeted bedrooms, the main with a queen sized bed and a ceiling fan and the second bedroom offering two single beds and a trundle plus a ceiling fan. The bathroom is fitted with both a shower and a bath with plenty of cupboard space, and the spacious laundry features both a top loading washing machine and a dryer.

Other features include access to the communal in-ground swimming pool, outdoor shower plus a single carport in a fully fenced complex with electric coded entrance gate.

Please note 30 stairs from ground level.
