Shoreline, Unit 2/1 Intrepid Close

The Location -  Step right outside the Shoreline Building to discover a beautiful park with shaded walkways to Shoal Bay Beach on the right or the Little Beach Foreshore to the left. Little Beach caters for everyone with a protected swimming beach, free picnic and BBQ facilities, takeaway options or dine at the Little Beach Boat House right on the waters edge. Shoal Bay Beach is ideal for plunging into deep water off the white sand whilst looking out to our magnificent headlands.

The Unit - The unit offers a relaxed atmosphere in either the open plan living area or enjoy a local craft beer from the comfort of your shady balcony capturing the afternoon sea breeze.  The modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and access to the main balcony. The colourful 2nd bedroom offers a double bed with built in robes. 

The modern tiled bathroom has a shower and vanity with the toilet located next door. Internal laundry with washing machine only. Off street parking only.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

  key collection after hours was very easy, as was the key drop off.
  
  The kitchen had plenty of utensils and easy to cook in.
  Enjoyable dining and lounge area, the beds were comfortable with a spacious bathroom and toilet.
  
  
  One of the fly screen doors did not close completely and one of the fly screens in the bedroom had quite a hole in it.
  
  The beach is a couple of minutes walk, shoal bay is 30 min leisurely walk.

  Stayed two nights with my wife and two kids, 2 1/2 & 3 months old. Got sent too many emails and texts for a two night stay, got an email saying early check in available but will cost $150 which is ridiculous, if the room is ready its ready shouldn't matter if you pay extra or not. Didn't like the access for a pram. Found a alcohol bottom cap on the lounge on arrival, found other rubbish in cupboards and on bedside table. Overall was good.

  The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and easy to get to shops, cafes etc. nicely decorated, modern kitchen and bathroom. Nice to sit outside on the balcony for drinks.
  Slightly let down by the kitchen, not very clean, and a strong smell of frying that didn’t really go away while we were there. Looked as though it had a surface clean, could do with a good spring clean throughout.
