The Location - The lovely home is in close proximity to Corlette Point Park, Corlette beach and the Anchorage Marina which offers some dining options all only a short 350m away. Only steps away from the pristine waters of the bay and white sands, the park offers a play area and electric BBQ's with plenty of trees and grassed areas. Also in walking distance is a convenience/takeaway shop, a Thai restaurant and other beautiful beaches and picnic areas. If you are the adventurous type, there are many water activities on offer in the summer months such as kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, there are also scenic walks over the headland and along the beaches. A 3.5km drive or cycle will bring you to Nelson Bay. Here you will find cafes, restaurant and boutique shopping.

The House -This renovated two storey family home is exceptionally well proportioned with light filled interiors. Step inside to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with floating floorboards throughout. The living area has a split system air conditioning unit and a wall mounted TV, with the spacious fully equipped kitchen also providing an island bench with bar stools and a dishwasher. The dining area offers sliding doors that lead out to an expansive timber deck making entertaining easy and boasting outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ, which then steps down to an enclosed level grassed yard perfect for the children to play. Also on the ground level is the laundry/third bathroom which comes fitted with a top loading washing machine, shower, toilet and vanity.

Upstairs you will be greeted to a second living room with with a flat screen TV and access out to a narrow balcony. All the rooms on the first floor are carpeted and have ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes fitted with a queen size bed, built in robes and an ensuite with shower, bedrooms two and three also offer queen size beds and the fourth provides three single beds. The fresh main bathroom boasts a shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

Other features to this fabulous home includes free Wifi, a garage that extends the length of the house suitable for two cars, ideal for boat and trailer parking.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
