This 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor is comfortably furnished and offers good views of the water from the balcony off the good sized open plan lounge/dining area. The living area captures the great afternoon sun to let in the light for the early evenings. The neat renovated kitchen has a dishwasher. The lounge has a large 50inch Plasma Screen TV and a DVD Player.The large bathroom has a bath and separate shower as well as a separate toilet and laundry facilities. The main bedroom has a double bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 trundle beds. The unit has access to a lock up garage (max. 1.9mtrs) and also a open car space.

Good views of the water from the lounge/balcony. Leafy outlook from the kitchen. Opposite Little Beach, children's playground, BBQ's, boat ramp and cafe. Only 800m to WESTS Nelson Bay Diggers Club and approximately 2.3km to the Nelson Bay CBD, award winning restaurants, cinema, boutique shopping and d'Albora Marina.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

    great spot had everything needed haveing the garage was handy for bikes and fishing gear a bbq near by would have been perfect ,wasnt enough linen for all of us as i booked for 6 but we found some blankets in cupboard and made do with what we had ,will be goin back for sure

    Very disappointing. Unfortunately, we made a late notice booking, so there was not many properties left to choose from. Whilst we knew the property was quite old, the cleanliness of the property was definitely way below an acceptable standard in every aspect. There were also renovations occurring in one of the Units below where we were staying therefore, it was extremely noisy with drilling and sanding occurring from 7 o'clock in the morning. Definitely not the relaxing break we expected. We contacted the Property Manager by email on two occasions, to complain, but had no written response. We did receive a short text message from them, after my second email, but as I work in a secure environment during the day, I do not have access to my phone in work hours. I would have expected a follow up via email. Overall, very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The only positive was the location.
