Location - The unit is situated in a quiet neighborhood and set amongst a peaceful leafy outlook, it is positioned between two stunning beaches (Shoal Bay Beach just 350m walk and Little Beach 900m walk) so you are spoilt for choice. The picturesque Nelson bay Lighthouse (which separates the two beaches) has a lovely tea room with breathtaking views and the stylish Little Beach Boathouse offering yummy fresh seafood meals. From the boathouse you can continue walking around the headland along Victoria Parade through Fly Point Park (approx 1.3km) to Nelson Bay CBD and Marina. Here you are greeted with a selection of cafes/bars, restaurants and boutique shopping and of course the gateway to our famous dolphin and whale watching cruises amongst other water activities. If you'd prefer to drive to your destinations from your unit then Nelson Bay CBD is only 1.4km away and in the opposite direction Shoal Bay is only 2.2km away.

The Unit - This first floor unit is part of the Andana complex. The affordable unit is homely, welcoming and comfortable for that low cost family getaway. Carpeted throughout it features an open plan living area offering a flat screen TV, a DVD player and fan heater for the cooler nights. Running the full length of the apartment is a generous sized covered balcony area over looking the mature parklands, perfect for dining al fresco and featuring an outdoor dining setting and a gas BBQ.  The neat fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, leading into an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer. There are two spacious bedrooms, bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two singles and a trundle (another TV is offered but only suitable for consoles),  both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom is fresh and clean with separate shower, bath and vanity unit. 

The property also has parking space in a lock up garage. Please note there are 15 steps up to the unit.

This property is strictly no smoking both inside and on the balcony. There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
