Only a short stroll to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday.
The Townhouse - Split across three levels this townhouse has everything you will need for an enjoyable Port Stephens holiday including the open plan living area which offers high, raked cathedral ceilings. The spacious lounge area offer two x 2 seater leather lounge plus a 2.5 seater leather lounge, a 37 inch flat screen TV, DVD, wrought iron and glass dining suite and sliding door access to the front paved patio area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers upright stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.
The bedrooms and bathroom are positioned on the upper level of the town house. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, queen sized bed and built-in robe. The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and wardrobe and the third bedroom offering another two single beds, ceiling fan, plus a single trundle bed (only big enough for a small child). The three-way bathroom offers shower, standard sized bath with the vanity and separate toilet.
The fully equipped laundry and garage are located on the lower ground floor and offers top loading washing machine and dryer.
The spacious double lock-up garage has enough room for two cars and your jet ski/small boat as well as offering a second outdoor living area with outdoor table and chairs.
The complex's pool and spa facilities are currently closed due to COVID-19. We do not advertise the pool and spa on our listing for this reason.
