The Location -  Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a tennis court with night light for those that enjoy a spot of night time tennis (bring your own racquet and balls), established gardens and plenty of grassed areas for the kids to play. Follow the paved walkway to Little Beach just across the road for calm water swimming, children's playground, picnic area, toilet amenities , BBQ's, restaurant and a boat ramp. Only a short stroll to Wests Nelson Bay or a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a relaxed beach side holiday.

The Townhouse - Split across three levels this townhouse has everything you will need for an enjoyable Port Stephens holiday including the open plan living area which offers high, raked cathedral ceilings. The spacious lounge area offer  two x 2 seater leather lounge plus a 2.5 seater leather lounge, a 37 inch flat screen TV, DVD, wrought iron and glass dining suite and sliding door access to the front paved patio area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers upright stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The bedrooms and bathroom are positioned on the upper level of the town house. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, queen sized bed and built-in robe. The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and wardrobe and the third bedroom offering another two single beds, ceiling fan, plus a single trundle bed (only big enough for a small child). The three-way bathroom offers shower, standard sized bath with the vanity and separate toilet.

The fully equipped laundry and garage are located on the lower ground floor and offers top loading washing machine and dryer.
The spacious double lock-up garage has enough room for two cars and your jet ski/small boat as well as offering a second outdoor living area with outdoor table and chairs.

The complex's pool and spa facilities are currently closed due to COVID-19. We do not advertise the pool and spa on our listing for this reason.

    We have rented this property for the past 8 years and the management changed a few years ago introducing compulsory linen and hugely elevated prices. On arrival this year, there was no linen and the agent didn't provide any for 2 days. One of our groups was pregnant and ended up needing to buy linen after a first night with little sleep. The property was also dirty on arrival with lollies on the carpet, drink stains on the lounge and a broken outdoor chair leg set up to look like it was fine. The property has been neglected and the cleaning less evident each year, yet the prices have continued to rise. The agent said that our need to purchase linen would be addressed by the relevant department. We are still waiting to be contacted about that.

    Bloody disgraceful it was advertised as 2 bathroom n a spa no spa had to wash all the dishes cause the had food still on them the carpets had stain all over them no air conditioning like advertised the TV kept shorting out at the fuse box overall bloody disgraceful
