Shaded amongst tall gum tress and with water views from every window this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom unit provides guests with a fun beachside holiday. A winding pathway leads down to the Little Beach foreshore where you will discover a children’s playground, still water swimming beach (perfect for toddlers), sandy beach to build castles, grass to run and play plus FREE BBQ amenities to enjoy gatherings and picnics.

Positioned on the second floor the unit offers a tiled open plan living area with comfortable lounge suite including a sofa bed for a 2nd couple, wifi, flat screen TV, DVD, timber and wrought iron dining setting for 6 guests, water views and sliding glass door access to a covered balcony with outdoor setting and those amazing vistas. The kitchen comes fully equipped allowing guests to dine out or prepare meals and includes an under bench oven, glass stove-top, microwave, full size fridge / freezer and ample bench space in including a breakfast bar with 2x stools. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen where you will have full use of the top loading washing machine and dryer. Wake up to water views from the master bedroom with queen size bed, side tables, built-in robe, TV (for internet and gaming consoles only no aerial connection) and access to a 2nd covered balcony (also facing Little Beach). The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, draws and robe plus water views. The bathroom has a bath to relax, step-in glass shower and vanity with the toilet separate. Other features include a single lock-up garage space for the car and a single open car space for a 2nd vehicle or trailer boat.

Although this property is located in a quiet area of Port Stephens it is literally minutes to attractions and events with a 27-hole Golf Course and Bowling Club 2.4km away, marina and dolphin watching cruises only 2.3km away, WESTS Nelson Bay Diggers and Balance GYM just 800m away or walk around to the community art centre, new years’ fireworks and local markets at Fly Point only 1.2km from the unit. Walk in the opposite direction to discover the inner light house and tea rooms where you can enjoy scrumptious scones and hot coffee whilst taking in the wonderful views across Shoal Bay Beach and to the headlands.

    Mistral Court is in a perfect location!
    Stunning out look, quite block, across the road from a very family friendly park and beach and woke to the birds every morning.
    We will be back.

    Only negative is that whilst the place smelt like bleach it was far from clean. The rugs hadn’t been vacuumed, the balcony’s were filthy, doona covers hadn’t been changed and used linen on the floor of the wardrobe.
    It was just a bit grubby in general.
    No bbq as advertised.
    It just needs a good clean and it would be 10/10

    Quite good. The unit could have been cleaned prior to our stay. The laundry stank badly. Smelt like a drain was blocked somewhere and the stench was coming back up through the floor drain? The sliding door to the front balcony was difficult to open. Bed was good and comfortable. Plenty of cooking stuff. The hot water ran out before a bath could be filled. Needs an air conditioner. Overall, a comfortable unit.

    Peaceful location. Large, well-equipped. The morning we arrived, we let Winning know our TV needed fixing asap. There was no action taken, despite us being assured they would look after it.
