The backyard has a gas BBQ for entertaining lunches and dinners with an outdoor setting to relax and enjoy the feel of Port Stephens and especially Fingal Bay.

Three bedrooms main and 2nd have a queen bed and ceiling fans. The third bedroom has a set of bunks and one single bed plus a pedestal fan. Bathroom has a large bathtub and separate shower. Second toilet located next to laundry. Enclosed backyard with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

  Too dirty (seems never clean) and when you do shower some funny sound coming from water pipe.
