The Nelson Bay Marina and CBD are approximately 3.5km away where dolphin watching cruises depart daily, as well as Tea Gardens Ferry, Parasailing, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Boat Hire, Cinema so much more. The tiled open plan living area on the ground floor level is air conditioned (heating + cooling) and includes a stunning red leather lounge suite, 106cm plasma screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, FOXTEL Platinum Package (90 channels), FREE Wi-Fi or broadband, i-pod docking station, ceiling fan, plus a timber dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, BOSCH dishwasher and under bench oven plus a glass stove-top and granite bench-tops. Step out from the main living area to a covered balcony with 2x deck chairs, outdoor ceiling fan and views over the communal rear yard with plenty of grass for the kids to play, picnic tables and gas BBQ for all Florida guests.

The spacious air conditioned bedrooms are located on the first floor with the master bedroom offering high ceilings, a queen size bed, timber side tables, built-in robe, seating chair, ceiling fan, bushland views and access to the front balcony.     Excellent location, the staff at the managing agent we spoke to were very polite, helpful and professional (in particular Gina and Jane who were able to rectify an issue we had with the initial invoice sent to us). Margaret who we dealt with when picking up the keys as well as Mikaela who we handed the keys to were very friendly as well. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location of the villa was great and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the unit was clean and spacious with all amenities and it was overall a great experience.

    Front main door very hard to open, you have to pull it hard to the right on entering.The tiles leading into the upstairs bathroom are loose and a dangerous trip hazard and noisy which wakes people up. The foot rest style table in the middle of the lounge room had a broken/loose leg on arrival.
