The Location - Frangipani is located in one of the prime locations of the Bay. Nestled amongst trees and wildlife, and only metres from the popular Dutchmans Beach. This is a place to relax and unwind. Dutchmans Beach also known as Dutchies is a calm bay beach, beautiful white sands as well as shaded grassed areas with BBQ and picnic tables and a lovely children's play area. Just a 1km drive to the town of Nelson bay or a 20 minute walk along the picturesque pathway taking you straight to Nelson Bay and the Marina. There are a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The waterfront offers a multitude of activities including boat and jet ski hire, dolphin and whale watch cruises, diving and fishing charters. There are some lovely walking/cycle tracks leading west along Bagnals beach reserve and into Nelson Bay.
The House - Located on the lower hillside above Dutchman's Beach this quaint waterfront holiday house offers open plan living area with floor boards, split system air conditioning, two by two seater lounges, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, solid timber dining table with six contemporary chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, two burner stove top, microwave and standard size fridge /freezer. Both the kitchen and dining areas offer sliding glass door access to an outdoor table and seating on the large covered balcony where you can relax, unwind and absorb in the amazing 180 degree blue vistas across Port Stephens.
The main bedroom also has access to the covered balcony and offers a queen size bed, bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe and a beautiful water views to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom has a tri- bunk bed (single on-top and double on-bottom), wardrobe and flat screen TV, ideal for kids game consoles. The bathroom and combined laundry have been modernized and offer a shower over the standard size bath, vanity and toilet as well as a front loading washing machine and dryer. Other features of this property include, a second entertainment area at the rear of the property with three burner gas BBQ and outdoor setting, one off street parking space, a port-a-cot and direct beach access. There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
Please note: There are 34 stairs with a hand rail down to the property, so property not suitably for a guest that is elderly or disabled.
