The Location - This neatly furnished, light and airy two bedroom townhouse is only a 500 metre level walk to the many delights of Nelson Bay Marina and the township of Nelson Bay. Stroll into town for an evening meal or enjoy a refreshing drink while you contemplate your next adventure. Perhaps take the kids down for an ice-cream at the Marina and watch the fishing boats coming into the bay as the sun goes down.  You will also find The Nelson Bay CBD and marina a convenient place to book your dolphin-watching cruises, departing daily, whale watching adventures between mid-May and mid-November plus boat hire and children's attractions during school holiday periods.

This townhouse has two good swimming beaches close by, the lovely Dutchies Beach in one direction or the beautiful main beach of Nelson Bay both about a three minute drive away. You will find kayak and SUP hire at both of these beaches during the warmer months. The tree-lined and very pleasant "Bridle Path" that  skirts the calm waters of Port Stephens is also very close by and great for the morning walk, jog or bike ride.  Further afield are the main shopping centre of Salamander Bay or the many fabulous beaches of One Mile, Fingal and Birubi, all patrolled during the summer months.  

The Townhouse - This two bedroom townhouse features modern furnishings and is air-conditioned throughout. A wide and welcoming entry alcove opens on to a large living area downstairs with a large plasma TV with DVD Player. Walk out of the living area onto the courtyard with a electric BBQ and outdoor setting for six. Walk through to the clean and modern lines of a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, upright fridge and offering all the benefits of home. Downstairs there is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer with separate toilet. 

The upstairs area accommodates four. One queen bed and two singles. A large bathroom with shower, toilet and separate bath. Please note there is a 3rd bedroom which is for owner's use only.

The property has a large garage to accommodate two vehicles.   

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

    The key pick up was simple although the envelope had an unclear number on the front and the number on the remote didn’t match the unit number. It created a bit of confusion. The unit was in a great location and it was perfect for our needs. The only thing that would have made the unit better would be air conditioning on the top level as the lower air conditioning doesn’t reach the top floor. The outdoor barbecue wasn’t there. Other than these things we really enjoyed our stay in this unit.
