The Location - Positioned in a small sheltered bay Little Beach has a public jetty for the amateur fisherman, a 4 lane all tide boat ramp to launch your vessel with fish cleaning tables and loads of trailer parking, plus marina with boats and moorings for hire. The grassed foreshore offers toilet facilities, public BBQ's and a children's playground. A cafe-style kiosk provides daily newspapers, meals, refreshments plus your basic fishing requirements but for fine dining, you can't ignore Cs Cafe Restaurant on Little Beach Marina.

The Unit - This unit in the Collendina Building has open plan living with modern furnishings throughout, it has everything you will need for your next beachside escape. Including a combined L-shaped lounge and dining area which has a two 2xseater leather lounge suite, solid timber coffee table, modern prints, water views, big screen 42 Plasma Screen TV, DVD, CD Player with i-pod docking station and a contemporary style dining suite for 6 guests. White sliding plantation shutters lead out to the balcony area which has a table and chairs for two, a gas BBQ and views across the bay. The beautifully installed kitchen offers a full-sized fridge/freezer, stainless steel oven and stove, dishwasher and a microwave.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, built-in robe and a second TV for game consoles only. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (Single + Double) and built-in robe. The combined bathroom and laundry has a shower with a small bath at the base, separate toilet, sink, top-loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

There is single lock-up garaging (shared with another unit) to park your vehicle. Please note that there is no lift up to this top floor apartment, only stairs.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

  This was as expected a nice view from balcony in a great location. The stairs were a little annoying I wouldn’t book if you had you children and prams etc.
  the disappointing thing was both lounges were broken and you couldn’t sit on them at all. Also the balcony was dirty as well as the table and chairs. Also there was clean sheets but the doona wasn’t washed.

  Position across from beach perfect. The stairs to the 3rd floor a bit of a pain but still worth it due to location. The unit had everything that we needed. Would definitely rent again.

  Perfect in every way- a very comfortable family vacation unit. Spectacular view, lovely breeze ( October) great location, excellent comfortable beds. It has everything you need including a massive TV, enough kitchen equipment for a holiday . Perfect location very close to a kids park, walking distance to Marina. It is a popular weekend and holiday spot because it is so beautiful. We’ll be back It is on the third floor with stairs so if you need to take lots of heavy suitcases and don’t like stairs you need a ground floor . We were impressed when we walked in . If you want OTT glamour this is not for you - it’s a relaxing, comfortable unit where we felt at home. Thank you.
