Oasis, Unit 9/5 Laman Street

The Location - Oasis is a modern apartment complex looking down over DÀlbora Marina and Port Stephens Harbour, and just 100 metres into town for cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping and only 350 metres to Nelson Bay Beach.

The Apartment - This fourth floor (sub penthouse) apartment has excellent water views across the harbour. With ducted air conditioning throughout, spacious open plan living with a flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker system, a dining area, a gourmet kitchen with a cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher, serving plates/bowls, stemless wine glasses, and a gas BBQ on the balcony. Room for the extended family (or two families) with four bedrooms (king bed, two queen beds, and two single beds), main bathroom with bath and shower, ensuite, and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Plus secure parking in a double lock up garage with lift access to the apartment.

  great apartment and location, I think they could supply more at the apartment. it sleeps 8 people but you any get 4 tea bags and 2 sugars for a 2 night stay. 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 small satchel of dishwashing liquid, so unless you bring everything from home you are going to be short on the basics. Also, for the price you pay they do not make the beds for you. But still a great place to stay just be prepared.

  Recently a group of mates who usually go to the gold coast as an annual trip every year, decided with covid - 19 restrictions to spend our money local at Nelson Bay, seeing we all reside within the Newcastle region.
  
  We made our way to Nelson bay via a boat where we had two great nights stay at the Oasis property.
  
  I must commend that the property was very well appointed, clean tidy and extremely comfortable for our two night stay.
  
  The location & proximity to Nelson Bay Marina was also of great benefit.
  
  We all would recommend this property & I would not hesitate to stay in the property again.

  The rental property was amazing, it was lovely and big and the location was perfect but it could have been cleaner as the outside table was dirty and the furniture needed dusting and polishing. For the amount it cost to stay there I think the beds should have been already made up. I would definitely stay there again.
