The Location- The property is extremely well appointed and located directly opposite Fingal beach with breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking Fingal Bay and out to Broughton Island. This is only a short walk to the local café and small supermarket in Market St. Migrating whales can be regularly seen from Barry Park between May and September. You can explore the nearby rock pools and bush walks from Barry Park. The beach directly in front of the duplex is typically calm with small waves perfect for families. Fingal Bay beach is patrolled through the warm months, with flags in front of the surf life saving club. All you need for the ultimate family holiday at the seaside!
The Unit- A new kitchen, living area floors and upstairs ensuite were installed in 2021.The main living area and open plan kitchen are located on the second floor. Key features include complementary NBN Wi-Fi, Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and free to air apps, Bose Sound Touch speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, and reverse cycle air conditioner.
A second room is also available with a lounge, flat screen TV and DVD player.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite with shower. Bedroom two is downstairs and has a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and access to the main bathroom and back garden. Bedrooms three and four are similar and each have a set of bunks and single bed.
Other features include gas BBQ on the large balcony, dishwasher, Washing machine and dryer, Hot and cold outdoor shower, and a large lock up garage.
