This four bedroom beach home may deceive you! Located in a cul de sac approx. 100 metres easy walk through parks to the pristine Shoal Bay Beach and the beautiful park/reserve.

It has many features for both adults and children including; A great modern kitchen with a dishwasher, the large living area has a TV, DVD and an air conditioner. The family room opens onto an unfenced back yard with an outdoor shower and verandah, perfect for those who love to BBQ .

Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, ceiling fan and ensuite.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and ceiling fan.

Bedroom three also has a queen bed, BIR and ceiling fan.

Bedroom four has a single bed and set of bunks, BIR and ceiling fan.

Please note guests do not have access to the garage.

  Terrific house in a great location. Perfect for a group of friends (like us)or a large family with three queen sized rooms and another with three single beds. Two bathrooms and a great outdoor area.

  I found Winnings hard to deal with. Got very sick of all the messages. I did not like the call centre approach at all. The house itself was ok. Had stayed there twice before.

  We had 7 nights at this home Dec-Jan 2021. Great family house, plenty of room, the house is larger than the photos show. Perfect spot for Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, closer to beach than stated approx 3 mins along back path to closest beach. I’ve had holiday rentals in Shoal Bay for over 10 years and probably the best one I’ve had. My only comment would be to add a clothes dryer as we had a very wet week and struggled to get clothes dry. All in all fantastic family week away.

  We really enjoyed our stay and found this house great for a large family in a perfect location.
  While the house was very clean the kitchen did lack a few basics such as salt & pepper, wine glasses. It needs an inventory review and a few items replaced.
  Overall the house was quite comfortable.
