This second floor, air conditioned unit is situated 300m from Shoal Bay Beach and so affordable! The open plan living room has an air conditioning unit, the lounge room with a TV and DVD Player and the renovated kitchen is fully equipped. There is access to the balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. The Bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe, linen is supplied. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a shared laundry and a space for a car or small boat. This unit is in an ideal position and is in walking distance to local shops and restaurants Shoal Bay has to offer. Close to the popular Tomaree Mountain and Shoal Bay Beach. Perfect for a quiet weekend or longer if you have the time. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. My wife and I enjoyed our short 3 night stay in this convenient one bedder in Shoal Bay. Firstly the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs which older holiday -makers might want to know. The small issues that irritated us were all easily fixable. No remote for the TV made it almost impossible to use, missing light bulbs, blinds / curtains in the lounge did not cover the window, the fly-screen onto the balcony came off the rails each time it was used, the bedroom cupboards were unusable due to being full of stuff and the bed/ mattress was old/soft/ uncomfortable.

Only stayed a few days, and didn't need to use the kitchen. The bed was ok for one person, but not great quality if sharing. There was no wifi, and the apartment seems to be in a mobile service black spot, which was annoying...
