Located only 200 metres from the beautiful waters of Fingal Bay! Stay here and enjoy being in walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and children's playground. This two bedroom, first floor unit features TV, DVD, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, external laundry with washing machine & dryer (located off courtyard), under cover parking and air conditioning & ceiling fan in the living area. The main bedroom has a queen bed with built in robe and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has one set of bunk beds and a single bed. The main bathroom has a shower and large vanity. There is a small Weber BBQ on the balcony which has a leafy outlook. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. Please note this property does NOT include sheets and towels. Please contact our agency if you wish to hire sheets and towels at your expense.

The appartment was located 300 metres from Fingal Bay Beach- great location! It was clean and presented well; with enough bedding for four people. All amenities were modern and well maintained. Would have like an information book about the local area activities and dinning put options. Would recommend for family holiday rental.
