The property is also walking distance to Tomaree Headland which boasts the bays best view from the top, as well as the boat ramp and multiple BBQ areas. For more attractions, the property is only a short 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay CBD, home to Award-Winning cafes and restaurants, DAlbora Marina and Nelson Bay Cinema Complex as well as a range of boutique homeware and fashion stores, massage and nail salons, and Woolworths.

Located on the third floor with glass front balcony overlooking the water at Shoal Bay and beyond to the mountains in the far distance, this unit features two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen and faces onto the front balcony and the second bedroom has two singles available.

The combined lounge/dining has comfortable seating for 4 people with air conditioning. The adjacent kitchen has been refurbished and has great views across the waters of Shoal Bay. The spacious bathroom has a bath and separate shower, as well, there is a separate toilet. Additionally, there is an internal laundry.

There is no access to the Single Lock up Garage until further notice.
This complex does not have a lift.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    Everything is great! Clean and nice warm~ and great water and mountain view~ Close to Nalsonbay and Shoal bay~ But when i took a shower hot water didn’t come out well and you should know, in this apartment no elevator but i had a great time and i am happy to stay this accommodation again.( if they fix hot water system)
