The Location - The brilliant waterfront position is ideal for swimming, fishing and all other water activities. Only a short stroll to the new Bannisters Resort that offer three different dining options and Soldiers Point bowling club.Soldiers Point Marina is only 1km away which offers other dining options with a lovely reserve next to it with shade, BBQ facilities and a play ground. The Wanda Beach shops is a short 600m away which has a selection of shops including an IGA, bakery, butcher, bottle shop and takeaways. Nelson Bay CBD is a further 9kms from the duplex. The Duplex - This absolutely stunning waterfront reserve duplex is the perfect holiday getaway! The property offers truly amazing uninterrupted 180-degree water views across the bay and looks straight through to the iconic Port Stephens headlands. Designed to take full advantage of its beachfront setting, the open plan layout extends seamlessly onto a brilliant undercover entertaining area that overlooks the beach and beyond. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with open plan lounge and dining area. There is also a partially covered courtyard which is perfect for outdoor entertaining regardless of weather. The property features four bedrooms, with three queen beds and one double bed, and three immaculate bathrooms. There is also a laundry available for guest convenience. Other major features of the property include: air conditioning, double garage, electronic security gate, gas BBQ, spa bath, free WIFI and a Smart TV with access to Netflix! There are stairs from the garage leading down to the property. There are definitely smoke alarms in this property. Linen packs are linen is provided for this property. Bed makes are not provided. Please make up beds as needed with provided linen. Please note: This property accepts a maximum of seven guests. The entire complex is non smoking inside and outside. Please be mindful of the neighbours, anti social behaviour will not be tolerated. This conditions will be strictly enforced.

We were 3 couples enjoying a short getaway and sharp taste lovely stay we had at Delphini ar Salamander Bay. So much room and great views right on the beautiful waterway. The only negative was the pillows. Too soft, a better selection would be good. Overall a great venue for a great stay.

Greeted by a panoramic view of Salamander Bay instantly calms you down. The kids loved swimming. We cooked dinner and had evening gin and tonics in the backyard. What more could you want? Maybe a pool... then it would have been perfect.

Location was great, beautiful view all day. Dolphins went past quite close. Modern furnishings. Communication wasn't great with owner asked a couple of questions with no response. You are on the bottom floor owner above 2 separate buildings. With owner above couldn't really relax. There were also a lot of rules. Negatives: BBQ had no gas, run out of toilet rolls and no tea towels. Overall was a pleasant stay and great location.

The accommodation itself was beautiful and was well equipped the view was amazing however there was a booklet on the bench with a information about the property and a lot of rules making it not so kid friendly as I spent the weekend not so relaxing. Some things were quite silly like the mountain of pillows are only for decoration and not to be used. As lovely as the location I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Overall good except we received no linen and took 3 phone calls and a day to finally get some.
