The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass stove top and full sized fridge. On this same level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom consists of a Queen size bed with a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a double lock up garage with internal access and plenty of space on the double driveway for a boat. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Fingal Bay Beach is a patrolled surf beach (throughout summer) which also has a protected end known as Kiddies corner which is ideal for small children and families. Barrys Park is a popular look out located walking distance from the property, it's great to watch the whales migrating the coast or playing in the rock pools, . Just around the corner is the Fingal Shops and cafes, bus stop and a few other convenient stores.
