A unit situated on the second floor of Sundeck giving you complete views of Shoal Bay and includes a pool in the complex!

This two-bedroom unit has  furnishings on the north facing balcony, a leather lounge and upgrades in the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee machine (BYO pods) and is a part of the open plan living area with a eight seater dining table. The lounge room has a comfortable corner lounge facing a LCD TV and also giving you a glimpse of the views.

Main Bedroom: Fit with a Queen bed and access to your own private balcony with water views as well as a TV.

Second Bedroom: A Tri Bunk and a single Trundle and a large screen TV and DVD player.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer and there is one car space for you. There is a communal pool, games room and communal second toilet and shower. A short walk will bring you to Shoal Bay shopping village which has a IGA, Newsagency, cafes and restaurants. Shoal Bay Beach is popular for paddle boarding, snorkelling and swimming whilst for surfing and body boarding there is the option of Zenith, Box and Wreck Beach.

There are definitlety smoke alarms in this property.

  Arrived at 1.40 to pick key up was told check in was 2pm so had to come back.
  While the unit had a great view & had everything that you could want, we found small piece of steak under lounge also toys, scrunches in between lounge, 2 clumps of hair in second b/room, coffee pods left in machine. Only saying this as owner need to let cleaners know their not doing their job & are getting paid. Guest in no8 parked on my side in garage & because they had 4x4 I could not close garage door, in this case they should park out on road. Apart from that we had a lovely stay the view & position is amazing.

  Only downer was 2am finish at local club but AC came in handy so we could close the windows to sleep
