This recently renovated two bedroom unit has been refurbished to enhance this beach side property and continue the theme inside the property of the magnificent views offered from all windows.

The moment you enter the front door and access the entry foyer the views across the bay greets you, this flows through to the open plan living room which features a 55 inch TV, Blue Ray player and two comfortable lounges, situated so that you can either utilise the entertainment area or gaze across the water to the panoramic views of the headland of Port Stephens.

The new kitchen is fully equipped and supplies a Nespresso Pod Machine but also provides easy access to a waterfront balcony and additionally provides panoramic views and easy access to dining table for not only of your meal but the breathtaking views as well. Air conditioning in the property will only make your stay more comfortable.

Alternatively, you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony, while organising breakfast on the electric BBQ and outdoor lounge on the balcony.

Master Bedroom:

For your comfort a King Bed suite with Air Conditioning, TV, walk in wardrobe provides luxury comfort, additionally there is a small parents retreat area to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the unit. A floor to ceiling tiled new ensuite is provided and completed by a private balcony provides you with an additional area to enjoy another aspect of the view to the panoramic views.

Second Bedroom:

Two Single beds with a built in robe and a large window facing the crystal clear waterfront provides further views and a very comfortable room for guest.

An internal laundry and double lock up garage is provided for your convenience and the security to leave your car/s. The garage will not accommodate high cars/4WDs. (access to unit via Brown Lane). There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Please note this property includes sheets and towels, however you are required to bring beach towels.

Please note: while linen is supplied, the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your own beds.

    Beautiful relaxing spot. Huge balcony with BBQ and fully renovated unit. The only downfall is we would of like more direction as to the laneway you go down and which carport was ours and indeed how to get into our unit. In daylight it may of been a lot easier but after dark it was quite a process after a 5 hour trip. That said the collecting of the key afterhours from the office was one of the easiest afterhours pickups I have done
