The Location - This stunning property is situated on the waterfront of Foreshore beach, Take a walk around Wanda headland to soak up the beautiful views of the bay, and stop along the way for a picnic (tables & benches provided) Only 600m away is the bustling Wanda beach shops with a great cafe/takeaways, butcher, bakery and more. If you enjoy golf then go and visit Horizons golf course just 2.5kms away. There is a good selection of restaurants including three at the Bannisters resort, the Soldiers Point bowling club and at the Soldiers point Marina which is 3km from the house. The beach offers calm waters perfect for swimming, fishing, stand up paddle boarding or just playing with the kids in the water. Bring along your boat, kayaks or paddle boards. Please note the private boat ramp is not accessible with a car. Public boat ramp just a short drive away past the Marina in Soldiers Point. Nelson Bay CBD is 6km for the house.

The House - This two storey home (with lift) has been designed to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Salamander Bay waterfront. On the ground level you will find the spacious kitchen, a chefs delight. With double ovens, multiple Miele and Smeg appliances and a view straight out to the water. The first lounge room is upon entering the property, it has a 50 LCD TV and a corner lounge for the family. The second lounge room with a faux fire place, 60 LCD TV, Fetch Optus TV and a Bose Stereo system for more impact. There are three more leather lounges, so there is room for everyone to relax and unwind.

On the same level you will find a kids play room with an 40" LCD TV, XBOX, PS2 and a DVD player for their enjoyment.There is one full bathroom with a shower and one additional toilet on the ground level, as well as the laundry with a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer.

Upstairs there are five generous bedrooms, the master suite offers a king size bed, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, LCD TV and a gorgeous ensuite with underfloor heating, double basins and a double shower, spoilt with the choice of a regular or rain water shower. The master bedroom also has its own sitting area that receives abundant sunlight, a large private balcony with table and chairs complete with breathtaking water views. Bedroom two is fitted with a queen size bed, bedroom three with a double bed, bedroom four has a double and bedroom five offers two sets of bunk beds and a LCD TV. All the bedrooms features ducted air conditioning, built in robes and ceiling fans (no ceiling fan in the bunk bedroom).

On the upstairs landing there is another living area, which is the perfect place for a game of chess, or to just relax and read that latest novel. There is also a large full bathroom upstairs with a bath and a shower.

Take in the sunsets while cooking on the Gas BBQ and enjoying dinner on the outdoor dining setting. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water that is suitable for coming off the beach after a busy day

Other features to this great property is Superfast NBN WIFI which is available throughout the property. So bring your Netflix, my Foxtel, or other streaming logins and away you go.There is also an electric front gate and automatic double garage.The garage is suitable for one car and for storing personal items such as bikes, paddle boards, surfboards and other items. It also has a large second fridge. There is room to park two more cars in the driveway.

    We stayed at Martin's place during the worst rainfall's in FIFTY years. It was our first family vacation together and even though it rained ALL weekend, we enjoyed it.

    It was nice to have the separate lounges that gave us all a little space on our own, yet a place for all of us to get together and have meals and play games.

    The lift and the design of the house was PERFECT for my uncle whom is a little weak. It allowed him the enjoy the space with us.. enjoying the balcony in the main to watch the kids on the beach, or the TV in the main room or catching the lift down to have meal together.

    Martin and Winning Holidays were great! Both answered my questions quickly and acted promptly.

    Thanks! We will definitely visit during the summer next time.. when a FIFTY year rainfall is not predicted :P hahaha

    This residence gave me the opportunity to take my mother, who is reliant on a 4WW, away for a weekend. Not only does it have an internal lift, it has multiple living areas, a fantastic outlook and is fitted out with very comfortable beds and lovely furniture!

    Wonderful waterfront location, very relaxing. Plenty of space for 2 families with adult kids. House was very well equipped, however needs some simple maintenance items attended to. Think about the high tide times when booking as the enjoyability of the beach for swimming is very tide dependent.

    For this price a lot of work needs to be done. Screen doors not closing or hanging. Dirty bath, BBQ and stairs. Shower drain clogged and overflowing. NO communication from Winning Spoke 5 times Laundry service a complete mess. Views beautiful
