Surf Break is a charming beach house, perfect for large families wanting a getaway in popular Port Stephens. This two storey house is designed to cater for everything you need on each level so while you all come away together, you can still have your own space.

The upstairs section covers the entire top level. The floorboards add character to this stunning, country- style beach house and continue through to the open plan living area which has a flat screen TV and DVD Player. There is air conditioning in the living and kitchen areas. Double glass doors open right up and lead onto the covered balcony where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture, Gas BBQ and take in the ever changing views of Fingal Bay Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass stove top and full sized fridge. On this same level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom consists of a Queen size bed with a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a double lock up garage with internal access and plenty of space on the double driveway for a boat.

The downstairs level spans across the whole ground floor. It is modern, comfortable and features air conditioning in the living room. The open plan living room is spacious and has a TV and DVD Player, connecting through to the dining room with a six seater dining suite. The Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and electric cooking appliances.There are three bedrooms, the main and second bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is one bathroom that has a separate shower and bath. There is a single lock up garage with internal access and room for two more cars in the driveway.

There is an internal laundry in each apartment with a washing machine and dryer. There are also facilities to hang the clothes out. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Fingal Bay Beach is a patrolled surf beach which also has a protected end known as Kiddies corner which is ideal for small children and families. Barry's Park is a popular look out located walking distance from the property, it's great to watch the whales migrating the coast or playing in the rock pools, . Just around the corner is the Fingal Shops and cafes, bus stop and a few other convenient stores.
