This two storey duplex is family equipped and has an enclosed yard with deck and BBQ.

All four bedrooms are upstairs with built in robes and ceiling fans. The main offers a king bed, second room has a queen bed, the third has two singles and the forth offers a queen bed and one single.The main bathroom has a spa and walk in shower and the ensuite has a walk in shower also.

Downstairs offers spacious open plan living with lounge room, dining and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the deck area and yard.

There is a laundry with washer, dryer, extra toilet and a double lock up garage.

This property is in prime position as only a short walk to Shoal Bay Beach, shops and restaurants. This is the perfect property for a family or group of friends.

    bbq dirty on arrival, the duplex was very clean and tidy, DVD player didn't work even when we put batteries in the remote and none of the keys given to us fit the garage. nice back patio setting but unfortunately for us it rained most of our stay.
