Bedroom one at the front of the house has a queen bed and a tall chest of drawers for guest use.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and BIR.

Bedroom three also has a queen bed and tall chest of drawers for guest use.

Bedroom four has a set of single bunks.

So close to the beach for fishing,swimming or just playing on the sands and for your convenience restaurants, cafes, local shops and the pub are only a 6 minute walk away!

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

    Rental property was very outdated. It was like stepping into the 80s
    Some of the furniture old and needing to be replaced. Driveway is horrendous and should be mentioned to warn guests.. we got a flat tire the only time we used the driveway. Needs air conditioning very hot.

    We had a lovely weekend and the location of the property was perfect. As for the property itself we were a bit disappointed. We had to clean upon arrival as there was still evidence of the previous occupants. We felt that some necessities were lacking like only 2 toilet rolls for 6 people and although it said bring linen we could not find where it specified bring towels. We have stayed in many Airbnb properties where we have had personal touches included like tea, coffee, milk, some condiments like salt and pepper etc. This sort of thing makes you feel welcome. We felt the property lacked TLC and unloved.

    Excellent spot close to main hub of Shoal Bay. Plenty of space for families big and Small.
