The Location - This delightful property is located across from the water and within walking distance (450m away) to village shops, bottle shop, bakery and newsagent and much more. There is a lovely alternative walking route to these shops around the Wanda Wanda Headland, taking in the unspoilt beauty of the Bay, which is less than 1km walk to the shops. The major shopping Centre in Salamander Bay is only 4km away. The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 10 minutes away (6.5kms) and offers boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, specialty stores, cinema, fishing co-op and Bowling/Golf Club.  Heading towards Soldiers Point you will find other award winning restaurants including the Rick Stein restaurant, Soldiers Point Marina, a two lane all craft boat ramp and an off leash exercise area for your pooch 3km away. Please note that paralysis ticks are common in the area, please talk to your vet regarding protection for your pet.

The House - This fantastic renovated singe level beach cottage is just across the road from a picturesque beach and offers superb water views. The open plan living area has been beautifully furnished with stylish furnishings and features stunning floor boards, high ceilings throughout, split system air conditioning, large flat screen TV, Foxtel, Netflix, Spotify and Wi-Fi. The modern gourmet kitchen presents itself beautifully with a huge oven and gas stove top, dishwasher, two door fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), microwave and an island bench. At the front of the house there is an enclosed sunroom ideal for entertaining whilst taking in the amazing water views.

The home offers two spacious bedrooms, the master suite is fitted with a king size bed, huge wardrobe and offers water views from the window, with the other bedroom offering a queen size bed. The bathroom features glass shower screen, vanity and toilet. The laundry is fitted with a washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the property is a graveled fenced entertaining area with an outdoor setting, a gas BBQ, grassed area with a clothes line, single lock up garage and parking space for a second vehicle or small trailer boat. The other great bonus to this perfect home is that it is pet friendly (outdoors only) Space for dog bed in annex area to single garage. .  

The Studio - This quaint studio bedsitter has been converted from the main house's boat shed. It is a self standing private accommodation with access from Wanda Avenue. It offers an air conditioned open plan living, bedroom (queen size electric reclining bed) and kitchen area with stylish furnishings and fitted with floor boards, down lights, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, Netflix and Spotify. The modern kitchenette features a full size fridge/freezer, induction microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), and hot plate. The bathroom offers a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is a lovely grass area at the front of the studio and surrounded by native trees.

There is a lock up garage for one car and off street parking available for up to another three cars via the gravel driveway.
