Here you will find calm bay waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. There are also BBQ's and picnic tables with a playground at the western end.. There is a picturesque pathway from Dutchies to the Marina in Nelson Bay, this path is about 800m long. The Marina offers a selection of eateries, and the gateway to an array of aquatic activities including our popular dolphin cruises. Nelson Bay CBD is about 800m from the house where you will find variety of boutique shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants, also in Nelson Bay is the Golf, Bowling and Tennis Clubs.
The Property - This two storey holiday duplex offers open plan living with the lounge area supplying a smart TV, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans, adjacent is the dining area with the well equipped modern kitchen offering a dishwasher, microwave, full fridge/freezer and oven.
