The Location - This holiday duplex is situated on Government Road and  there is an adjacent pathway (280m) to the stunning Dutchies Beach. Here you will find calm bay waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. There are also BBQ's and picnic tables with a playground at the western end.. There is a picturesque pathway from  Dutchies to the Marina in Nelson Bay, this  path is about 800m long. The Marina offers a selection of eateries, and the gateway to an array of aquatic activities including our popular dolphin cruises. Nelson Bay CBD is about 800m from the house where you will find variety of boutique shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants, also in Nelson Bay is the Golf, Bowling and Tennis Clubs.

The Property - This two storey holiday duplex  offers open plan living with the lounge area supplying a smart TV, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans, adjacent is the dining area with the well equipped modern kitchen offering a dishwasher, microwave, full fridge/freezer and oven. Step out onto the balcony from the living space and capture the pleasant filtered water views and northern breezes. The balcony is fitted with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. 

The property offers three bedrooms, the master suite offers a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, private access to the balcony and offers water views. The second bedroom offers two singles and the third a tri bunk (double on bottom and single on top). The bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity with the toilet separate. The laundry is located downstairs with washer and dryer. There is a slightly sloping fenced back yard and guests have access to off-street parking for two cars (the garage is not for guests use).

There are definitely smoke alarms in the property.

    House appeared to be under renovation. It was fairly clean and spacious for a family. Short walk to beach and marina. Large windows allow lots of light and glimpses of the water however they really need some window coverings for night time, especially as it’s on a main road.
