Fingal Surf & Sand is a modern 2 storey duplex located between bushland & beach. It is the ideal lace to relax & spend quality time with family & friends, so put away the car keys and enjoy a true Australian beach holiday.

The location: This property is situated in a quiet street adjacent to the bushland setting of Barry Park and offers picturesque bush walks, a viewing platform to observe migrating whales, a large picnic area and crystal clear rock pools on the ledges below, which are accessed by steps. The duplex is a short stroll to Fingal Beach , which provides an array of activities including a patrolled surf beach as well as a quite sandy cove in the southern corner for smaller members of the family. There is a surf school & SUP board hire on the beach. Walk the length of Fingal Beach to the famous Fingal Spit, spend time in the new beachfront playground area complete with flying fox or utilize the paved cycle ways which pass through Shoal Bay and onto Nelson Bay.

Fingal Beach has numerous cafés, a bottle shop, two restaurants and a well stocked corner store, complete with delicatessen. Fingal Bay Tennis club has courts for hire and the licensed Fingal Bay Sports Club offers lawn bowls. A few minutes drive will bring you to beautiful Shoal Bay beach which has an array of boutique shops, restaurants ,cafés, the Shoal Bay Country Club and of course the gateway to the fabulous Tomaree Mountain which delivers magnificent breathtaking views over surrounding beaches & coastline.

The Property: This duplex commands spectacular views overlooking the pristine waters of Fingal Beach from the front balcony. Entering on the ground floor you will find a queen sized bedroom, plus a bedroom with two single beds, each with built ins and overhead fans. The bunkroom has one double bunk . The main bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet. The laundry room contains the washing machine and a spare fridge. At the rear of this level, is a living area with TV connected to Stan & Netflix, ceiling fan and large sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony with outdoor table and chairs and a sunlounge. From this balcony you can access the grassy backyard which has a clothesline and outside shower .

Upstairs is a queen sized bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite. There is a balcony off this bedroom. Walk through to a comfortable open plan kitchen, living and dining area with TV connected to Foxtel, Stan, Netflix, blue tooth music system and wi-fi . There is a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen has gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge freezer, air fryer and numerous appliances for those keen to cook. Through bi-fold glass doors and concertina insect screens is the balcony and if you can peel your eyes from the spectacular view, you will discover two sun loungers, table and chairs and gas BBQ.

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Please note: The double garage is not for guests but there is driveway parking available, plus additional parking across the road. Please do not park on the lawns.
