Add to this mutliple outdoor areas, all with lounges, and including a spacious balcony with mutli burner gas BBQ and outdoor suite. The second and third balconies offer water views looking across Port Stephens to Tea Gardens and the tree lined hills of Nelson Bay, and the landscaped courtyard has room for all, also with two dog kennels and a self-filling water bowl for your furry friends.
