Walk to Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a boat ramp. Only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a beach side holiday.
The Unit - This unit is on the first floor, overlooking the gardens and just 100 metres from Little Beach. Balcony with gas BBQ for alfresco dining, open plan living and dining, flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD player, CD player with iPod dock, and a kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, upright stove and a coffee machine (Aldi Expressi pods). There are three bedrooms (queen bed, two single beds, tri bunk + port a cot), ceiling fan in main bedroom and bedroom three, main bathroom and ensuite, plus port cot and an internal laundry with washer a dryer. One secure undercover car space plus one off street car space.

The complex's pool and spa facilities are currently closed due to COVID-19. We do not advertise the pool and spa on our listing for this reason.
