Nelson Towers, Unit 37/71 Victoria Parade

The Location - Nelson Towers is across the road from Nelson Bay Beach and D'Albora Marina and just around the corner from the main street of Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Park the car and walk to everything!

The Apartment - This fourth floor apartment offers filtered water views from the balcony. Air conditioned, open plan living and dining with a flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player, a full kitchen with microwave, cook top, oven,dishwasher and a Espressotoria coffee machine (Woolworths pods), plus an electric BBQ on the balcony for outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, both with king beds that can be split to make two king singles, air conditioning in the main bedroom, one bathroom with shower and spa bath and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. Plus undercover secure parking for two small cars with lift access to the apartment. This apartment does not have access to the Nelson Towers pool.

Please note - there is no smoking in any part of this property including the common areas (by order of the body corporate).

There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

  We had a really nice stay. Great location. Nice view. Spacious unit with comfy beds. Cleanineliness needs attention. Some repairs required.

  The unit was a very good size and very central to all amenities. It was very good value. I would recommend staying there. Off street parking was also very useful as the car space was very close to the unit.

  From the very beginning it was a fight to learn the full and proper details of my booking. It took a month to get a receipt and only after several phone calls and an email some details of the unit. I tried replying to a later email from Winnings that bounced. What a joke. When picking up the keys I advised the receptionist there was still money owing. This came as a surprise to her. Unreal. The garage was designed for two very small cars. The sound bar attached to the TV was turned so low that watching anything, bar sport was a waste of time. Otherwise we all had a good time. We wont be back.
